Office Depot Inc, one of the worlds largest distributors of office supplies, instructed Holland Realty Partners (through BNP Paribas Real Estate) to sell its European Head Office in Venlo and their distribution centre in Zwolle.

It concerns a combined area of 46,000 sq m. This transaction was instructed in December 2008 and effectuated in February 2009 with a transaction value of approximately Euro 40 million.
