In July 2009 Holland Realty Partners is instructed by the Trustees in Bankruptcy and financing Bank to valuate the sports complex Vechtsebanen.

Vechtsebanen consists of a modern skating track, ice hockey field, fitness and tennis area's, a swimming-, pool, offices and a food and beverage area. Including a parking area with 300 parking places on a location of 6 hectare.
